Mike's Body Shop

When it's time to choose a repair facility to care for your car, it all comes down to a matter of trust. Having your vehicle damaged is unpleasant enough, without the additional worry of wondering whether the repair work will be accurate and reliable.

Has your car or truck been badly damaged in an accident?  If the repair is not done properly, you'll end up driving a vehicle that shouts 'I've been wrecked!' with mismatched paint and poor panel fit.  And even if the repair looks OK, you can end up with squeaks, rattles, and wind noise that will be a major annoyance.

Mike's Body Works is fully equipped to handle any collision or other body damage, with state-of-the-art frame-straightening equipment and a computerized paint matching system.  No matter what shape your car is in when it comes in, we'll make sure it looks like new when it rolls out

We will provide a free printed estimate to for your vehicle.

According to Virginia law:
Q: Do I have the right to select the repair facility that will
make the repairs to my vehicle after it has been involved
in an accident?
A: Yes. Although many companies will suggest body shops or
repair facilities, the final decision is yours.

You can refer to the State of Virginia Auto Insurance Buyers Guide, page 28 question 21 here.

All you need to do is bring the vehicle in so that we can see the car. We do not require an appointment and the estimate usually takes about 5-10 minutes. According to Virginia Law, you only have to get one estimate and are entitled to go to the shop of your choice.

  1. If there is an insurance company involved, just let them know what shop you want to do the repairs.
  2. If you decide to drop off the car we will handle the repair process for you.
  3. You must file a claim and then notify your adjustor that you are going to have your vehicle repaired at our body shop.
  4. They will then schedule an adjustor to come out and go over the repairs with us. This allows us to take the neccesary time to prepare a complete estimate of the damages to your car.
